A question I always ask actors is “Who is your character.” Inquiring what type of persona they want to portray is a big step for me in cultivating a look just right for them.

The sessions still have lots of variety to navigate castings where another look is required, but honing the emotion for “their character” is a great exercise for both of us.

This lovely lady has a natural steely smoulder and will do well in high power roles; female castings with an edge. 

We had a great time exploring the tough gal look, some softer shots  and then a few with creative flare.
