Since its opening in 2009 Bikram Yoga Calgary South, “the original hot yoga,” has been

inspiring students to further their yoga practice in the Alberta Hatha Yoga Championships.

While these yoga demonstrations and yoga athletics may be a new concept in Alberta they have

been a tradition in India for over 2,000 years and in North America for several years.
