How Does Event Photography Work During the Event?
Before the event we usually connect with a quick call and email check ins to confirm the schedule and key moments. Organizers often provide a shot list which helps ensure important speakers, sponsors and activities are documented.
During the event I move through the space capturing moments as they happen. Sometimes I lean in to capture a group photo or speaker moment. Other times I step back and photograph interactions quietly so guests can enjoy the event.
